Topic 1: “What are three goals that I am committing to achieve by age 70? Why?” (250 words)
I am committing to achieving three things by age 70. I want to visit every country in the world at least once, be worth multiple millions, and own properties in New York City and somewhere mountainous, like the Poconos or the Rockies, regardless of where I live.
I would like to travel to every country in the world because I love seeing different cultures, languages, geographical locations, and how countries differ from one another. I want to be worth multiple millions because in case someone in my family needs help, I can help them out. The richer I am, the more security my family has, because I can lend a helping hand if someone gets in trouble. I can also pass down money to my children, and help strangers in need as well. Last but not least, I want to own property in New York City because I love the hustle and bustle of cities, and when I want a break from city life, I can go stay at my property in the mountains, because I love that biome in general. Forested, snowy, rocky areas. I can go hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Topic 2: “How will owning my own business increase the likelihood that I will attain them?” (250 words)
Owning my own business will provide me with enough freedom and money that I can travel wherever I want, whenever I want. Since I am the owner, I can decide when I want to take time off. Or alternatively, if I can run my business internationally, then I can really have the freedom and flexibility to travel wherever I feel like. Additionally, owning a business or multiple businesses can make me a multi-millionaire for obvious reasons. Successful businesses produce money, and the more successful your business, the more money you make. Owning my own business will also allow me to buy properties in the places I want to live in. New York City apartment with a killer view and great street access, and of course to buy property in a mountainous region. A business can provide funding for and allow me the flexibility to do whatever I want to do in my life. If I start or buy a business soon, it increases the likelihood that I will attain the goals I am committing to achieve by the age of 70.
